Certificate in Organizational Diversity
A certificate in Organizational Diversity is designed for working professionals in Human Resources (HR) or for those wishing to enter this specialty field. This certificate program allows students to gain essential knowl­edge in the foundations of HR management and skills specifically related to understanding differences among individuals and groups, equal rights laws and recruitment and employee development issues related to diversity and inclusion. Affirmative action plans, adverse impact, disparate impact, organizational behavior and culture will all be explored. All of the courses for the certificate program are offered online to facilitate working professionals. With the addition of an associate degree, the courses in the certificate pro­gram can be applied to a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Leadership.
